The final phase of the TALK Method is K: Their Talk, and it’s all about creating and fostering healthy connections with others. Through the first three phases—T (Thought Talk), A (Self-Talk), and L (Real Talk)—you’ve done the deep work of building self-awareness, healing, and setting boundaries. Now, Their Talk focuses on how to navigate relationships in a way that honors your growth and new boundaries.
Their Talk is about how you communicate and engage with the people in your life. Once you’ve strengthened your inner voice and set clear boundaries, it’s time to apply those principles to your relationships. This phase involves learning how to interact with others in a way that’s both healthy and empowering. You’ve worked hard to cultivate self-love, and now you need to ensure your relationships reflect that love and respect.
Their Talk teaches you how to communicate with others in a way that fosters mutual respect, understanding, and compassion. You will learn how to assert your boundaries, express your needs, and engage in conversations that build connection instead of resentment.
Relationships, whether romantic, familial, or professional, are a key part of our lives. However, without healthy communication and respect for boundaries, relationships can become sources of stress, anxiety, and even pain. Their Talk is about transforming the way you communicate with others, shifting from reactive or passive communication to active, assertive, and boundary-respecting interactions.
